JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Jaspreet Singh,J.
Heard Shri Bhupal Singh Rathaur, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the respondents.
The dispute between the petitioner and the respondents No.6 to 13 is private in nature and as per the Annexure No.3 annexed with this petition, a civil suit is pending between the them.
Considering the aforesaid, in case the petitioner is having any grievance, he may file appropriate application in the pending civil suit. The present writ petition filed by the petitioner is not maintainable.
With the aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed.
