In this case, appellant no. 1 Maya Ram and appellant no. 2 Sri Narain alias Niwas are said to be died.

In this regard, a report from Chief Judicial Magistrate, Agra dated 10.9.2020, is on record which is as per circular issued by this Court, stating therein that appellants died, hence the appeal stands abated.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as abated.
