The instant application has been filed for a direction upon the court concerned to decide the Case No. 1094 of 2002 within a stipulated period.
From the order sheet of the case, which has been appended, it appears that short dates are being fixed in the matter and for some reason or other the matter had to be posted for other date.
Considering that the matter is of the year 2002, this Court considers it appropriate to dispose off the matter by observing that in absence of any legal impediment the court shall endeavour to proceed with the matter expeditiously and bring the proceeding to its logical conclusion without entertaining unnecessary adjournment.
