Court No. - 29
Case :- WRIT - C No. - 41548 of 2019 Petitioner :- Maya Devi Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Ramesh Kumar Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.
Hon'ble Pankaj Mithal,J. Hon'ble Vipin Chandra Dixit,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for State respondents.
The petitioner is interested in lodging an F.I.R. in his favour but the person against whom he wants to lodge it, he does not know.
The argument is that the F.I.R. is not being accepted and registered.
If that is the situation, the remedy available to the petitioner is to move to the Court under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C.
The writ petition is misconceived and is, accordingly, dismissed.
