Learned counsel for the petitioner may correct the prayer no.B by correcting the plot number during the course of the day.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that encroachments over the chak road which is running over plot no.2463 in village Rampur Thariyaon, Tehsil Sadar, District Fatehpur be removed.
Learned Standing Counsel states that the petitioner has an efficacious alternative remedy of filing an application under section 25/26 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
I do find that the petitioner has an alternative remedy. The petitioner, if she is so advised, may file an application under section 25/26 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
