Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Present writ petition has been filed seeking quashing of the order dated 16.1.2019 passed by VIth Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fatehpur on Application No. 22Ka 1 in Civil Appeal No. 13 of 2016, Raghuvir Vs. Smt. Bhamaniya and others for the amendment of plaint of Original Suit No. 162/04, Raghuvir Vs. Bhagwandeen and another.
After some argument learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to challenge the same at the time of challenging the final judgment if the need so arise.
This writ petition stands dismissed with liberty aforesaid.
