JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 21
Case :- WRIT - C No. - 15180 of 2018 Petitioner :- Maya Devi Shukla And Another Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Ashok Kumar,Niranjan Lal Srivastava Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.
Hon'ble Krishna Murari,J. Hon'ble Ashok Kumar,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
Grievance of the petitioners is that the respondent no. 3 who has been arrayed by name as respondent no. 4 is unnecessarily harassing them and their family members and visits every odd time for no rhyme and reason.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are not involved in any crime and thus, there appears to be no justifiable reason for respondent no. 4 to visit the house of the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioners have disinherited their son from the property and severe their ties with him on account of his illegal activities and he is pressurising the petitioners through the respondent no. 4 illegally.
From the pleadings, we find that the petitioners have made various complaints to the authorities including the Senior Superintendent of Police of the district. It appears that no action has been taken in the matter.
Considering the facts, we dispose of the writ petition giving liberty to the petitioners to make a fresh representation ventilating their grievances before the respondent no. 2, Senior Superintendent of Police , Kanpur Dehat along with a certified copy of this order within two weeks from today, with the direction to the said authority that in case any such representation is made, he shall look into the matter and if necessary, shall conduct an inquiry and pass appropriate order in accordance with law by means of a reasoned and speaking order within a further period of four weeks from the date of making of the representation.
