JUDGMENT / ORDER

Being aggrieved of Exts.P1 & P2 penalty orders passed by respondents 1 and 4 respectively, the petitioner filed statutory appeals before the 2nd respondent. The 2nd respondent partly allowed the same and had passed Exts.P3 and P4 orders, being aggrieved of which, the petitioner filed Exts.P5 & P6 revision petitions along with Exts.P7 & P8 petitions for stay, which are pending consideration before the 3rd respondent. The grievance of the petitioner is that, without any regard to the pendency of the above proceedings, the respondents are proceeding with coercive steps, which hence are sought to be intercepted by this Court.
2. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances, the third respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on Exts.P7 & P8 petitions for stay, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within 'one month' from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Coercive proceedings shall be kept in W.P.(C) No.32473 of 2014 2 abeyance till such time.
Petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment, along with copy of the writ petition, before the 3rd respondent, for further steps.
The Writ Petition is disposed of.
