The petitioners have approached this Court with the following prayers;
“(i) To call for the records relating to Exts.P-1 and P-3 to P-5 and to issue a writ of mandamus commanding the Respondents 2 to 4 not to proceed against any movable or immovable properties of the Petitioners which includes the house with No.V/84 of Mundakayam Panchayat, and house hold articles and the immovable property stated in Ext.P-3 sale deed for realization of the court fee amount due from the Respondents 5 to 8 as per Ext.P-2 judgment;
(ii) To issue any writ, order or direction directing the 2nd Respondent to consider Ext.P-5 complaint raised by the Petitioners regarding their non liability to pay any amount awarded by the decree in O.S. No.147 of 2002 of the Principal Sub Court, Kottayam and also to direct the 4th Respondent not to take any action against the property or the Petitioners including movables and immovables.”
2. The learned Government Pleader submits on instructions that, no Revenue Recovery proceedings are being pursued against the property covered by Ext.P3, which is stated as belonging to the petitioners.

3. The said submission is recorded. In the said circumstances, this Court does not find it necessary to pass any further orders.
The matter stands closed accordingly.
