A perusal of the ordersheet reveals that this is non admitted appeal. On earlier occasion none was present on behalf of the appellant, but the Court has ordered that one more opportunity should be afforded to the appellant side to place their arguments, but today again none has turned up on behalf of the appellant even in revised call.

In view of above, this appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
