Mr.S.K.Rameshwar, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents.
2.The petitioner is challenging the impugned order, which is only an audit report requiring action to be taken for recovery of amount, pursuant to the earlier meter having become defective. Therefore, this Court is of the view that the objection raised by the learned counsel for the respondents has to be sustained.
3.Learned counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions from the Assistant Engineer, who is present in the Court, would submit that based upon the audit report, the petitioner will be issued a notice calling for his reply and thereafter, appropriate orders would be passed.
4.Recording the above said statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
