JUDGMENT / ORDER

Considering the nature of allegations and contentions raised by learned advocate for the applicants, at this stage case of applicants No. 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 deserves consideration as they reside in different town.
However, case of other applicants will be considered after notice is served to respondent No.2.
Issue notice to returnable on 12.6.2012.
Meanwhile no coercive action be taken against applicants No. 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8.
Direct service is permitted.
