Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The present petition has been filed for a direction upon the Court concerned to decide Original Suit No. 1160 of 2003 within a stipulated period.
From the order-sheet of the case, it does not appear that issues have yet been framed.
Under the circumstances, it would not appropriate to issue any specific direction for deciding the suit itself, at this stage.
However, considering that the suit is of the year 2003, it is provided that, in absence of any legal impediment, the trial court shall endeavour to bring the suit proceedings to its logical conclusion, without entertaining unnecessary adjournment.
