RESPONDENTS ORDER:
When the matter is called a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that in the event of there being any difficulty in future with regard to the subject matter in the writ petition, liberty may be given to the petitioners to approach this Court. The said request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is considered as reasonable.
In view of the above reason, this writ petition is closed giving liberty to the aggrieved persons to approach this Court, if any difficulty arises in future. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
