Heard Sri Prabhakar Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned standing counsel for the State responddents and Sri Vijai Bhan Sigh holding brief of Sri D.D.Chauhan, learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha.
In substance the petitioner is aggrieved by non allotment of Pond No. 193 measuring about 12.807 hectare situated at village Kusmhi Nyay Panchayat Tadiya Bazar Tappa Hata Pargana Bansi Poorab, Tehsil Naugarh district Siddharth Nagar since July, 2013.
Learned standing counsel is directed to seek instruction apprising the Court the hurdle in the way of the allotment of the pond in question since July, 2013. Prima facie there appears a huge loss of revenue of the State.
Put up this case as fresh on 20th August, 2014.
