Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Pranav Ojha, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents.
The President and the Secretary of the petitioner-Society died, therefore, the Soceity in its meeting held on 11.9.2019, elected the Vice President, Ramdev as President and Sanjay Kumar as the Secretary of the Society. The papers regarding the said meeting and the election of the above office-bearers have been submitted by the petitioner to the respondent No.4-Assistant Director, Matsya, District-Maharajganj, but no action has been taken on it.
The petitioner wants that the respondent No.4 may consider the aforesaid documents and the representation of the petitioner so as to accord approval to the aforesaid elections.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 24.4.2018, approving or disapproving the resolution dated 11.9.2018, whereunder the office-bearers of the petitioner-Society have elected. The respondent No.4 shall pass appropriate order in accordance with lw, most expeditiously, if possible, within a period of six weeks from the date, a copy of this order is produced before him.
