Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Shri K.R. Singh, learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel.
The petitioner is before this Court for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order dated 11.12.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.27492 of 2017 (Matroo Nut v. State of U.P. & Ors.).
On the matter being taken up today, instructions have been filed by learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel intimating that the aforesaid order has been complied with.
In view of above, nothing further survives on this application and the same stands disposed of. Notices, if any, stand discharged. The instructions are taken on record and a copy thereof has been supplied to learned counsel for the applicant.
