Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Hemant Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no. 2 and the learned Standing Counsel on behalf of respondents no. 1 and 3.
It is the case of the petitioner that he has been working on the post of Baildaar since 23.08.1979 with the respondent no. 2 but has not been given Assured Career Progression and arrears of salary as consequence thereto even after 39 years of service. The petitioner says that his case be directed to be considered by the respondents in pursuance of the Government Order dated 26.07.2010.
The writ petition is disposed of, without entering into the merits of the controversy, with a direction to the respondents no. 2 and 3 to look into the grievance raised by the petitioner as mentioned in his representation dated 04.05.2018 and pass appropriate reasoned and speaking orders thereon, after summoning a report from the Chief Accounts Officer of Nagar Nigam, Bareilly after taking into consideration the Government Order dated 26.07.2010. The decision shall be taken by the respondent no. 2 as expeditiously as possible say within a period of twelve weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
