Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J.
Sri Sanjeev Kumar Rai, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the writ petition has got rendered infructuous due to efflux of time.
Sri Bairister Singh, learned counsel appearing for respondent has contested the said issue.
In the considered opinion of the Court, the petitioner is dominus litis and if the writ petition has got rendered infructuous, in the opinion of the petitioners and thus they want its dismissal, it should be dismissed as such, however it will have no reflection on the merits of the case.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
It is further left open for the respondents to agitate their claim independently.
