Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

By means of present writ petition, the petitioner had prayed for quashing the impugned order dated 12.11.2014 passed by the respondent no.1/Additional District Judge/Special Judge(SC/ST ACT), Meerut, by which the application moved by the petitioner under Order 7 Rule 11 of C.P.C., has been rejected.

Matter requires consideration.

Issue notice to respondent nos. 2 to 6. Steps may be taken within a week, returnable at an early date. The respondents are allowed three weeks' time to file counter affidavit. The petitioner will have one week thereafter to file rejoinder affidavit.

List this matter after four weeks.
