JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Azad Khan learned counsel for the respondent no.8.
The petitioner has challenged an order passed by the Deputy Director of Consolidation in a revision arising out of proceedings for allotment of chak. The petitioner is chak holder no.32. His chak has not been affected by the impugned order. He is not an aggrieved party and a total stranger to the litigation.
The writ petition is wholly misconceived and is dismissed.
