Heard learned counsel for the revisionist.
This instant revision is directed against the order dated 22.02.2018 whereby an amendment application filed by the revisionist for amending the plaint of a suit for declaration and permanent injunction, has been rejected on the ground that the declaration was sought against an individual. By the amendment sought, the scope of the suit would be enhanced to seek relief against persons regarding which there was no factual foundation in the plaint.
Upon hearing counsel for the revisionist and upon a perusal of the impugned order, I do not find any illegality therein. It suffers from no illegality which would warrant interference.
The revision is accordingly dismissed.
