ORDER The plea of the petitioner is that the revision petition is pending before the second respondent. It is not yet disposed off. Hence, he seeks for writ of mandamus for early disposal.
2. Learned Government Advocate who appears for respondents submits that the revision petition will be disposed off in accordance with law. In view of the submission made, we do not find any delay is being caused by the second respondent to dispose off the revision. Necessarily the same will be done in accordance with law.
We find no good ground to grant a writ of mandamus. Hence, petition is dismissed.
