THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
O R D E R This writ petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus to respondent Nos.1 and 2 to consider the application of the petitioner for permission under Section 109(1)(v) of the Karnataka Land Reforms Act, 1961 for acquisition of land bearing Sy.No.27/2 measuring to an extent of 1 acre 6 guntas situated at Kallugopahalli Village, Bidadi Hobli, Ramanagar Taluk and District. The relevant application dated 23.12.2017 is at Annexure-D.
2. When this matter is called this day, learned AGA would bring to the notice of this Court that respondent Nos.1 and 2 have considered the prayer of the petitioner by Official Memorandum dated 24.07.2019 vide No.RA.JI.KA/LRF/CR/81/2017-18 and would place a copy of the same before this Court.
3. With this, it is clearly seen that the prayer of the petitioner being considered, the present writ petition does not survive for consideration as it has become infructuous. Accordingly it is disposed of.
