JUDGMENT / ORDER

Thottathil B. Radhakrishnan, J.
We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner quite in extenso.
The petitioner, who is the respondent in an application for passing final decree for partition, challenges the refusal of the court below to send a disputed power of attorney for expert opinion as to signature. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, we do not see any error of jurisdiction or illegality warranting visitation in exercise of the jurisdiction under Article OPFC 569/2014 2 227 of the Constitution of India. Hence, preserving the rights, if any, of the petitioner to challenge the impugned order along with any appeal against the final decree, if that becomes necessary, this original petition is dismissed.
