The petitioner has already moved an application for temporary injunction in I.A. No. 1438/2014 in O.S. No. 217/2014 on the file of the Court of the Munsiff of Thiruvalla. The petitioner laments that the application for temporary injunction has not been taken up for hearing as yet since there is no presiding officer thereat.
2. I direct the Court of the Munsiff of Thiruvalla to dispose of I.A. No. 1438/2014 in O.S. No. 217/2014 at the earliest. The status quo as on today shall be maintained till the application for injunction is taken up for hearing and the interim relief considered.
The Original Petition is disposed of.
