The learned counsel appearing for the appellant in this case has filed memo dated 4.12.2014, which reads as follows: “I am instructed by the appellant to submit that they are not proceeding with the above appeal and that the same may be withdrawn.

Hence this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to dismiss the above appeal as withdrawn.”

Accordingly, the Crl.Appeal stands dismissed in view of the aforementioned submissions in the memo.
