JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Mr.J.Prasanna kumar learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. K.Venkatesh, learned Government Advocate accepting notice on behalf of the respondent. In the light of the limited relief sought for in the writ petition, with the consent on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2. The petitioner, who is a registered dealer on the file of the respondent under the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Value Added Tax Act, 2006 and the Central Sales Tax Act, 1956, has approached this Court by way of this T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J smn writ petition, seeking for the direction upon the respondent to provide manual 'C' form to enable the petitioner to generate online 'C' form as per the petitioner's representation dated 16.10.2017.
3.Since the writ petition is disposed on the admission stage itself, no positive direction as sought for can be granted. However, it would suffice to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation on merits.
4. In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.10.2017 on merits and in accordance with law, pass a speaking order and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of a receipt of a copy of this order.
