Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
In regard to the grievance made in the present writ petition, the petitioner has filed an application before the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Azamgarh, i.e., respondent No. 3, which is still pending.
Without expressing any opinion either on the maintainability of the application or the merits of the case, it is directed that the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Azamgarh, i.e., respondent No. 3 shall decide the application filed by the petitioner within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him after hearing the concerned parties, in case there is no legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid application.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
