… Respondents THE HON’BLE SHRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.8368 OF 2004 O R D E R Sri Sampath Reddy, learned counsel representing Sri A.Ravinder Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, states that they have given up the vakalat. However, it appears that the no objection vakalat, if any, obtained from the counsel has not been acted upon till date. The writ petition pertains to the year 2004 and there was no representation for the petitioners on 26.08.2014 and 19.09.2014 leading to the matter being listed under the caption ‘for dismissal’ today.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. Status-quo order dated 23.06.2004 shall stand vacated. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
