Hon'ble Umesh Chandra Tripathi,J.
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Code') has been filed on behalf of the applicants with a prayer to quash the order dated 30.10.2018 passed by Additional Sessions Judge-Vth, Agra, arising out of Case Crime No. 28 of 1999, under Sections 323, 324, 325, 307 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, Police Station - Iradatnagar, District - Agra, whereby application of the applicants for discharge has been rejected.
Learned counsel for the applicants contended that police papers were not supplied to the applicants, as per provision of Section 207 of the Code.
From the perusal of the committal order dated 05.02.2011, it reveals that police papers has been supplied to learned counsel for the applicants. Moreover, this objection cannot be raised at the time of framing of charge.
Accordingly, there is neither any illegality or infirmity in the impugned order passed by the trial court nor any abuse of the process of the court.
In the result, the instant application under Section 482 of the Code stands rejected.
