JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Vedpal,J.
Counter affidavit filed today, is taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is granted a week's time to file rejoinder affidavit.
List immediately thereafter.
From perusal of the counter affidavit, it comes out that the petitioner is neither named nor has been chargesheeted and he is not wanted in Crime No.850 of 2008 under Sections 498-A,304-B/323/201 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Kashimpur, District Hardoi. It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is being harassed unnecessarily as averred in paragraph 7 of the writ petition and he still has apprehensions. In view of the above, as an interim measure, it is provided that till the next date of listing, the petitioner shall not be harassed by the opposite parties. Order Date :- 10.5.2010 Shukla
