JUDGMENT / ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.265 of 2016 before the concerned forum, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that if two months time is granted by this Court, the investigation would be completed and final report would be filed by the respondent police before the concerned Court. The said statement is recorded.
3. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.265 of 2016 and either file a closure report or charge sheet, as the case may be, under due intimation to the defacto complainant, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
