(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) The present appeal is filed against judgment and order dated 31.12.2010 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge and Presiding Officer, Fast Track Court, Dahod in Sessions Case No.122 of 2009, whereby the learned Judge is pleased to convict the present appellant-original accused for offences under Sections 302 and 452 of the Indian Penal Code and award sentence of life imprisonment, fine of Rs.2,000/- and in default to undergo 6 months S.I., for offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and for offence under Section 452 of the Indian Penal Code, 1 year's R.I., fine of Rs.1,000/- and in default, 3 months S.I.
