The applicant by way of this application through jail has prayed for giving parole leave for 15 days for arranging funds for paying the fine as he has served the sentence, but for remaining sentence for payment of fine is being served. The prisoner was serving sentence on account of his conviction in NDPS case and the fine amount of Rs.1,00000/-.

(a) not take undue advantage of his liberty or misuse his liberty;
(b) maintain law and order;
(c) furnish the address of his residence;
(d) he shall surrender to the jail authority on expiry of his leave.
The application is partly allowed.
