Respondents This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure to quash the FIR in Crime No.99/2016 for the offences punishable under Section, 341, 323, 324, 504, 354(B), r/w 34 of IPC including the complaint in Crime No.99/2016 registered by the respondent-Police etc.
This petition coming on for admission, this day, the Court made the following:
ORDER Counsel for the petitioners’ is absent, even though the case is called in the second round.
2. Perused the petition.
3. The petitioners have sought to quash the FIR in Crime No.99/2016 for the offences punishable under Sections. 341, 323, 324, 504, 354(B) read with 34 of IPC.
4. The learned HCGP who has taken notice for respondent No.1- State submits that after investigation, charge sheet has been laid against the petitioners and others by the investigating officer.
5. In view of the said submission, reserving liberty to the petitioners either to challenge the charge sheet or to seek discharge on such grounds available under law, petition is dismissed.
