V/o dated 06.10.2017, WP stands rejected against R3 ) This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 & 227 of Constitution of India, praying to direct the respondents to admit the petitioner to primary education or pre-primary education in any school situated within residential locality of the petitioner either under BBMP Quota or RTE Quota in accordance with his age and etc.
This Writ Petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing in ‘B’ Group this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER Matter called twice. None appears for the petitioner.
Learned AGA for State submits that petition does not survive for consideration. In view of the fact that interim order was not granted. That apart, issue is relating to age criteria (petitioner-minor) for the purpose of admission.
In view of these submissions on behalf of the State, writ petition stands disposed of as it have become infructous, due to passage of time.
