Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Ravindra Singh, learned counsel who is appearing on behalf of respondent no. 2.
The petitioner is aggrieved by non-payment of his certain dues relating to his Provident Fund and Gratuity. He has represented to the respondent no.
2 on 01.09.2018, a copy of such representation has been filed as Annexure-3 to the writ petition. His representation has remained un-disposed off.
This writ petition is disposed of, without entering into the merits of the controversy, with a direction to the respondent no. 2 (The General Manager, Rudra Vilas Kisan Sahkari Chini Mills Ltd., Bilaspur, District Rampur) to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
