ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“…to issue a Writ, Order or Direction; more particularly, one in the nature of Writ of “Mandamus” declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in issuing proceedings No.AMCG/Legal/2014-15 dated 11.09.2014 as also their action of interfering with the functioning of the petitioner Firm as being illegal and violative of the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh (Agricultural Produce & Livestock) Markets Act, 1966, read with the Andhra Pradesh (Agricultural Produce & Livestock) Markets Rules, 1969, apart from being illegal and unconstitutional and set aside the proceedings dated 11.09.2014 and also direct the 3rd respondent not to interfere with the activities of the petitioner Firm and pass such order or other orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.”
At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed that Annexure-I is thoroughly incomplete.
Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition with proper Annexure-I.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.Nos.39837 and 39838 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
