ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“…to issue an appropriate writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not refunding the advance amount of Rs.3,10,000/- paid by the petitioner for allotment of land admeasuring 305 sq.yards at Industrial Park, Sanathnagar, Hyderabad as illegal, arbitrary, violation of principles of natural justice and consequently to direct the respondents to refund the advance amount of Rs.3,10,000/- in favour of the petitioner.”
At hearing, Sri Vikhar Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition. Letter, dated 16.12.2014, is also addressed to the Registrar (Judicial) to that effect.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.10658 of 2012 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
