ORDER The learned Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.
2. The petitioner seeks for a writ of mandamus to direct the respondent Nos.4 and 5 to consider the representation dated 20.07.2011, vide Annexure-A.
3. The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that if a reasonable time is granted, the same will be considered in accordance with law.
4. In view of the submission made, the writ petition is disposed off. The respondent Nos.4 and 5 are directed to consider the representation dated 20.07.2011, vide Annexure-A and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The learned Government Pleader is permitted to file memo of appearance within four weeks.
