Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and Sri Pancham Srivastava, learned counsel for respondent no.4.
It has been stated by learned counsel for parties at the bar that the facts of this case are akin to the facts of Writ Petition No.20996 (M/S) of 2019, which has been disposed of by this Court with certain directions vide Court's order dated 05.08.2019.
Accordingly, this petition is disposed of in terms of the said order dated 05.08.2019 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.20996 (M/S) of 2019.
