ORDER Sri.Sateesh M.Doddamani, learned counsel for the petitioners.
Smt.S.R.Anuradha, learned counsel for the respondent R1.
Sri.Radhesh Prabhu and Sri.M.Mohan Rao, learned counsel for the respondent No.5.
2. The petitions are admitted for hearing. With consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the same are heard finally.
3. In these petitions, the petitioners inter alia seeks for a direction to the respondents to consider the applications dated 10.11.2014 and 30.08.2014 given by the petitioners for approval of the model scheme of administration.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he is not pressing the relief claimed in prayers (b) and (c). He further seeks disposal of the petition with a direction to the respondents to decide the representations as per Annexures-D and E by a speaking order within two months.
5. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to decide the aforesaid representations by a speaking order within two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today. With regard to the prayer (d) which has been claimed by the petitioners, the petitioners are at liberty to take recourse to such remedy as may be available to them under the law. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits.
