Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
The writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief -
"i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Board of Revenue U.P. at Allahabad i.e. respondent no.1 to decide the revision No.1202 of 2018 ( Computerized No.A120181152001202) "Sahansar Pal and others Vs. Sri Nepal Singh and others, under Section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 within stipulated time."
The revision sought to be expedited is pending consideration before the Board of Revenue since May 2018.
The writ petition is disposed of with the observation that the Court concerned may endeavour to decide the matter expeditiously, keeping in mind pendency of similar and older matter before it.
