1. This writ petition was filed for a direction to the respondent to issue certified copies of the original petition and the judgments passed by this Court in O.P.Nos.1382/67 and 4388/73. The office had filed a report, as directed by this Court, inter alia stating that copy applications were submitted for certified copy of the judgments alone. The same could not be given since the files could not be traced. Now, the files have been traced and certified copies of the judgments will be given and all arrangements have been made for the same.
2. Taking into account the report filed by the Registry in respect of this matter, I do not think that any further direction is required to be given in this matter. Accordingly, taking on record the said report of the Registry, this writ petition is closed.
