… RESPONDENTS THESE WRIT PETITIONS ARE FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 AND 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA, PRAYING TO DIRECT R-4 TO CONSIDER THE REPRESENTATION OF THE PETITIONER DATED 25.5.2018 VIDE ANEX-N AND CONSEQUENTLY ISSUE ALLOTMENT LETTER AND POSSESSION CERTIFICATES IN FAVOUR OF THE PETITIOENR MEMBERS AND ETC.
THESE WRIT PETITIONS COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER Sri.H.Shanthi Bhushan, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Sri.Y.D.Harsha, learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondent Nos.1 and 2.
2. The petitions are admitted for hearing. With consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the same are heard finally.
3. In these petitions, the petitioner inter alia seeks for a direction to the respondent No.4 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.05.2018 vide Annexure-N and consequently to issue allotment letter and possession certificates in favour of the petitioner members.
4. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and in view of the facts of the case, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the petitions with a direction to the respondent No.4 that suitable action, if not already taken on the representation submitted by the petitioner, shall be taken in accordance with law by the competent authority by a speaking order within four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits.
Accordingly, the petitions are disposed of.
