(Per : HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) Pursuant to the earlier order, today a report has been submitted by the Gujarat Pollution Control Board. The same may be kept with the record.
After going through the report and after hearing the learned counsel for the parties, we permit the petitioner to complete the trial run earlier granted by virtue of our order dated January 30, 2012 with further trial run for three months more from that date provided the petitioner complies with the undertaking recorded in our order dated January 30, 2012.
A copy of this order be served upon the concerned electricity company so that electricity may continue for the purpose of effecting trial run.
Direct service of this order upon the Gujarat Pollution Control Board is permitted.
