Petitioner raised a complaint before the 2nd respondent alleging illegal extraction of earth by the 5th respondent. The petitioner alleges that on account of the illegal action of the 5th respondent, his property has lost lateral support.
2. Considering the pendency of Ext. P1 before the Revenue Divisional Officer, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext. P1 after affording an opportunity to 5th respondent of being heard and needful shall be done within 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
