(Order of the Court was made by S. NAGAMUTHU,J.,) This petition has been filed alleging that the petitioner's son Mr.Victor Esudoss is missing from 04.02.2017 onwards. Today, the detenu was produced before this Court by the respondent Police. The detenu submitted to us that due to some domestic quarrel in the family, he left the house and stayed at the house of his friend. He is returned to his house now. The same is recorded.
2.In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition.
Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
