HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.18732 OF 2014 ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue.
2. The only grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is that the Tahsildar, Yadagirigutta, is not furnishing the certified copies of Pahanies for the years 2000-01, 2004-05 and 2009-10 in respect of Survey No.155/E of Gundlapally Village, Yadagirigutta Mandal.
3. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue was required to get instructions in the matter.
4. Today, learned Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions from the Tahsildar, Yadagirigutta, submits that true extracts of Pahanies for the years 1991-92, 1995-96, 2000-01, 2005-06 and 2009-10 in respect of Survey Nos.155 and 156 of the said village were already furnished to the petitioner in response to his representation dated 17.07.2014. A copy of the said representation is also placed on record.
5. In that view of the matter, nothing remains in this matter for further adjudication.
6. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
